Freight Vouchers

A corporate disbursement program that pays drivers in U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos, settled by wire to a bank account or in cash at any TME branch — including locations open twenty-four hours.

Overview

The freight voucher program is a corporate disbursement service for approved import-export operators. Vouchers are payable in U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. Settlement is delivered either by wire to the recipient's bank account or in cash at any TME branch, including locations open twenty-four hours. The program is administered by TGSI under documented compliance procedures.

Settlement Options

Pay by wire or in cash, USD or MXN

  • Wire in U.S. dollars to the recipient’s U.S. bank account
  • Wire in Mexican pesos to the recipient’s Mexican bank account
  • Cash in U.S. dollars at a TME branch
  • Cash in Mexican pesos at a TME branch

How It Works

From cargo arrival to driver payment

  1. The corporate operator is onboarded and approved by TGSI.

  2. When cargo arrives, the operator coordinates with TGSI to authorize the freight voucher, selecting the currency (USD or MXN) and settlement method (wire or cash).

  3. The voucher and supporting Bill of Lading are submitted to TGSI for review and authorization.

  4. Upon authorization, the recipient is paid in the selected currency, either by wire to the designated bank account or in cash at the designated TME branch.
