Bulk Cash Processing and Repatriation

A regulated bulk cash processing and USD repatriation channel for qualified institutional clients, supported by chain-of-custody controls and enhanced due diligence.

Overview

TGSI operates a regulated bulk cash processing and repatriation channel for qualified institutional clients that accumulate United States dollars in physical form and require lawful processing and exchange of the physical currency. The service combines secure custody transfer, enhanced compliance review, defensible documentation, and direct settlement into the client's designated banking infrastructure.

Who This Service Is For

Qualified institutional clients

Clients include, but are not limited to:

  • Centros cambiarios and casas de cambio under Mexican regulatory authority
  • Licensed transmisores de dinero
  • Pharmacies and medical service providers in border markets
  • Cash-intensive retail and convenience businesses
  • Hospitality, tourism, and entertainment operators

This service is not limited to any one industry. TGSI will consider any business that can document lawful USD cash receipts and satisfies the onboarding and compliance requirements for the channel.

How It Works

A controlled, documented channel

  1. Documented institutional onboarding including Enhanced Due Diligence, beneficial ownership verification, OFAC screening, source-of-funds review, and review of the client’s regulatory standing.

  2. Approved clients coordinate secure transfer of physical USD into TGSI’s chain of custody, supported by armored logistics arrangements scaled to the size and risk profile.

  3. Verification, counting, authentication, and reconciliation against pre-declared manifest values.

  4. Enhanced AML review including transaction monitoring against documented thresholds, behavioral pattern review, and source-of-funds confirmation. CTR and SAR filings are completed where required under 31 C.F.R. Section 1010.311 and 31 C.F.R. Part 1022.

  5. Settlement to the client’s designated account through institutional payment rails.
